Samar is a growing group of companies involved in the sale and distribution of general merchandise.

	Samar Distributors, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of general merchandise including Housewares, Hardware, Christmas Trim-A-Tree, Small Appliances, Window Decor and both Winter and Summer Seasonal.
	For almost 50 years, we have been the prime source of supply to approximately 1500 Independent Retailers.
	We carry over 8,000 items from over 300 different factories in our 218,000 sq ft facility.

Samar Glassware supplies glass products for the following classes of trade:

	Craft Chains and Independent Craft Stores
	Candle Manufacturers and Fillers
	Wholesale Florists
	Glass Painters and other OEM users

Arno Enterprises buys and sells "closeouts" and other "opportunity" oriented merchandise.
